100% made in USA 8 panel cotton hat made by Ebbets Field. The hat is made in Seattle, the patch is sewn in New Jersey and hand dyed by us. Color and character of each patch varies. The 8 panel hat fits a wide range of folks. I have a small head and it fits nicely - a bit of bunching in the back (which doesn't bother me), and the cap doesn't press against my ears. This version also looks great on Zach, who has an average/larger head.
